We are excited to announce that we are proposing a new subdivision in the City of Delafield called Nagawicka Heights. Overlooking Nagawicka Lake, these lots in the City of Delafield would offer great amenities and accessibility, all with a unique design that ties into the land. Nagawicka Heights is situated on a hill overlooking Nagawicka Lake just West of Hwy 83 and North of I94 in the Arrowhead School District. There will be over 20 acres of open space and woods with many lots backing up to the woods. In addition, there will be two private parks, both with ponds and fountains.
